The Challenge
Bill Plant, a high traffic website received many leads from people looking to learn to drive.
In addition to this, they were also capturing additional lead information from other sections of their website for people looking to become driving instructors, join their franchise business or enquiries around Fleet Risk Management Training.
As a result they were receiving many lead enquiries daily from their website.
Each enquiry was being sent as an email following a prospect filling out an online enquiry form.
Due to the amount of enquiries getting emailed, they had to employ a dedicated person to manage these and input the lead information into their Dynamics 365 CRM.
Goals
The goal was to automate the process of capturing lead information from the website so they were directly sent to the Dynamics 365 CRM without any human intervention required, thus cutting down on duplication and time.
Solution
A bespoke WordPress Plugin was built for the Bill Plant website that hooked into ContactForm7 which stored the various enquiry forms and submitted this information into Dynamics 365 automatically once an online form was submitted by a prospect.
Outcome
The outcome of the development was that it streamlined all enquiries coming into the CRM via the website and removed duplication of efforts which otherwise required human intervention to split the enquires into their respective lead entities within the CRM. All this was now controlled by the custom WordPress Plugin.
